		<description>Why do manufactures use Aluminum in baking powder? I&#039;m guessing it is cheaper than other ingredients. I know that is can cause a slower rise time in the oven, but so does sodium acid pyrophosphate, which is also found in some baking powder brands. They could just use that instead, and not put the public at risk.</description>

		<description>Great article!  As Jeremy said, I would have never thought to look at that.  I ran to my kitchen to see what kind I had &amp; prepared myself to pick up some Al-free tonight @ Whole Foods...Lucky me, I already liked an Al-free brand, Argo.</description>
